S UNDAY, M AY 17 11:30 12:30 PM State of the Street & Strategic Vision for Growth in the 2020s As we look ahead to a new decade, J Street is mapping out its future -- and how we can expand and improve on the great work we have done since our founding. Specifically, we are looking at how to prioritize operational growth to maximize our impact. During this opening session, we will hear from our president Jeremy Ben-Ami on the State of the Street and ask leaders to provide input into J Street s Strategic Vision for Growth in the 2020s. PRESENTER: Jeremy Ben-Ami President, J Street 12:30 1:00 PM BREAK 2

1:00 2:15 PM BREAKOUTS SKILL-BUILDING Mobilizing for the 2020 Elections PRESENTERS: We ve got the tools to help you make a difference today, tomorrow and every day through November 3 in the effort to defeat President Trump, transform the Senate and expand the power of the pro-israel, pro-peace movement in the House. JStreetPAC has endorsed over 180 candidates this cycle, including our first-ever presidential endorsement. Over the last year, J Street leaders have been on the front lines of our political efforts, meeting with candidates in target districts in their regions and demonstrating that there is a strong constituency of American Jews who want to see congressional leaders drive a diplomacy-first approach to foreign policy. Now, we re launching our largest-ever grassroots mobilization effort to give our endorsees the support they need to get out the vote and win in November. Join us to strategize how we can use the power of our movement to help Vice President Biden win the White House and to elect the most pro-israel, pro-peace Congress to date. Rikki Baker Keusch Mid-Atlantic Campus Organizer, J Street U Ilya Braverman National Political Director, J Street Navigating J Street: A Review of the Movement's Strategy and Structure with Jeremy Ben-Ami This session is suggested for new leaders and first-time summit attendees. J Street has a clear mission, a defined strategy, and a structure built to achieve its goals. Do you have questions about what those are? Join J Street's president, Jeremy Ben-Ami, for a virtual presentation and discussion focused specifically on the opportunities leaders have to plug into the organization s work and contribute to its success. Using the J Street Leadership Manual as a resource, this session will introduce leaders to J Street s vision and goals for each area in which we work. For leaders -- especially new leaders -- reviewing and fully familiarizing yourself with this information is essential in order to fully contribute to our movement s development and growth. PRESENTER: Jeremy Ben-Ami President, J Street 3

2:30 4:00 PM PLENARY 40 Days to Stop Annexation? Fighting Back in the US, Israel and Palestine The new Israeli government appears able and willing to carry out unilateral annexation of parts of the West Bank, with the approval of the Trump administration, as early as July 1. With just forty days until a potential Cabinet or Knesset vote on annexation can move forward, we will dive into the state of play and prospects for stopping annexation. What strategies are Israelis who oppose annexation pursuing to forestall a vote and defeat the right s agenda? How are the Palestinian Authority and Palestinian civil society responding to this existential challenge? What messages can US lawmakers and candidates deliver to Israeli leaders that might convince them not to take this catastrophic step? If the Israeli government carries out annexation while Trump is in office, what steps should the Biden administration take to respond in January 2021 and beyond? MODERATOR: PRESENTER: PANELISTS: Yael Patir Israel Director, J Street MK Ofer Shelach Member of Knesset, Yesh Atid Ilan Goldenberg Senior Fellow and Director of the Middle East Security Program, Center for a New American Security Enas al-muthaffar Communications Consultant Ofer Zalzberg Senior Analyst 5:30 6:30 PM Social Event J Street Leadership Happy Hour We know one of the most valuable parts of our Leadership Summits is the opportunity to schmooze and connect with leaders across the country. To foster that experience this year, we re happy to be putting on a zoom Social Event on Sunday evening! We're excited to be joined by Israeli musician Daniel Dor for a live musical performance. Daniel Dor is a Jaffa-based musician and singer songwriter releasing his second album. Daniel started his musical journey as a guitar player and band member of The Brothers and the Animals and Sweet Peanut in the Circus. In , Daniel created the Songman Project, a musical documentary dealing with Palestinian peace activists. Through the years, Daniel's songs have been broadcast regularly on Israeli radio stations. You can listen to his music ahead of time here. And we encourage you all to consider buying his new album! Following Daniel Dor's performance we will breakout into small group discussions based on your interests. Make yourself one of our J Street cocktails and enjoy the music and conversation! 4

M ONDAY, M AY 18 11:30 12:45 PM BREAKOUTS SKILL-BUILDING Pitch Perfect: Fundraising in the Time of COVID-19 With so many competing needs in an uncertain economic reality, fundraising for nonprofits faces many challenges. At the same time, the issues on which J Street works - the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, diplomacy-first US foreign policy and electing leaders who share our values - need our attention and focus more than ever. Whatever fundraising experience you have (from none to a seasoned pro), this session will help you become a more confident and effective fundraiser through practical advice from other leaders, useful strategies and experiential practice. We re at a pivotal time in the history of our organization, the country and the world. Our aim is for you to emerge from this session inspired, confident and better-equipped to help grow this movement and fight for a better future. PRESENTERS: Gal Peleg Senior Regional Director, New York Region and Pennsylvania, J Street Janette Hillis-Jaffe New England Senior Regional Director, J Street Building Successful Virtual Events: Using this Moment to Grow Our Movement PRESENTERS: As everything has moved online in the age of social distancing, how can we in the pro-israel, pro-peace movement create online, virtual events that are appealing and well-attended, interactive and engaging, and most importantly, effective in achieving our goals? In this skill-building session, we will dive into the strategy behind organizing successful virtual events (ie. the technical decisions you have to make, identifying the target audience, promotion strategy, tips and best practices), and then we will then break into small groups that will design and share virtual events, which Chapters can roll out following the Leadership Summit. Participants will receive resources to help them utilize Zoom more effectively. 6 1:15 2:15 PM WORKING LUNCH TOPICAL DISCUSSIONS Supercharging Your Chapter s Anti-Annexation Campaign: Synergizing the Four Spokes for Maximum Impact J Street s four spokes aren t silos! They work best when they are working in sync to advance one central objective. In this workshop, chapter leaders will apply an integrated, multi-tactical approach to increase the efficiency and impact of the anti-annexation campaign, our most urgent fight of this moment. FACILITATORS: Jonathan Kopp Advocacy Chair, J Street NYC Kate Press Director of Regional Operations and Strategy, J Street Nancy Reichman National Board Member and Denver Chapter, J Street Dylan Williams Senior Vice President of Government Affairs, J Street CODEL Reunion and Information Session Through the Len Hill Education Program, the J Street Education Fund has significantly expanded its educational travel in recent years, bringing Members of Congress, congressional staff, political influentials and communal leaders on five to seven-day trips to Israel and the Palestinian territory. These trips provide first-hand knowledge and a deep understanding of the people, places and events at the center of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. As we ve grown, the cornerstone of the program remains the Congressional Delegation, or CODEL, where Members of Congress travel and forge bonds with J Street leaders. Some of the pro-israel, pro-peace camp s most articulate and committed champions on Capitol Hill include those whose views have been shaped by this experience. This session is open both to those who have joined past delegations - who are invited to reflect on their experiences - and to those who haven t yet traveled on a delegation and are interested in learning more about our trips. We look forward to gathering to discuss what s next for the Len Hill program once international travel is able to resume. 6

2:30 4:00 PM PLENARY The Fight to Come: Preparing for the 2020 Presidential Election The prospects for Israeli-Palestinian peace and the future of our own democracy have never been so clearly and urgently at stake as they will be in this November s election. Now that J Street has made our first-ever presidential endorsement and backed presumptive nominee Joe Biden, we have the opportunity to be a key player in the general election and to add our weight to the broad coalition assembling to defeat Donald Trump and his disastrous policies. This session will provide an opportunity for top J Street leaders to hear from senior leaders in the Democratic party and the Biden Campaign about strategy for the 2020 election and the nominee's positions on our issues. For the first segment, we will be joined by House Majority Whip Rep. James Clyburn to discuss the political landscape of the past few months, as well as what kind of fights we can expect to come. Then we will be joined by Tony Blinken, the Biden campaign's senior foreign policy advisor, to discuss Vice President Biden's history on J Street's issues and what we can all do to ensure victory in November. SPEAKERS: Jeremy Ben-Ami President, J Street Tony Blinken Biden for President Foreign Policy Advisor, Former Deputy Secretary of State in the Obama Administration Rep. James Clyburn U.S. House of Representatives Majority Whip Jess Smith Chief Operating Officer, J Street 7:30 8:00 PM JSTREETPAC EVENT Join us for a virtual reception in support of Sara Gideon (ME-Sen).
