It is a great chance to recognize a member of our chapter for all they do for the chapter. Many of our members have gotten it in the past but there are many people that go above and beyond to make this chapter great so maybe we need a new award to cover the people that do the extras now. If you have any ideas PLEASE send me an or give me a call and let's see if we can revitalize this award. Thanks CANCELLATIONS If a meeting needs to be cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen events, notification will be posted on the website. We will also use a phone tree and (if we still have power) to notify members SUNSHINE Please keep BJ Grey and her family in your thoughts and prayers as she recovers from eye surgery. LUNCHEON I'd like to thank everyone who worked on the luncheon committee. The table decorations were great, and the special raffle baskets were fabulous! I'm glad so many of our members were able to attend, and I hope you all had a good time. Congratulations to the BBQ apron contest winners. I enjoyed seeing entries from the younger generation as well as our talented members. I'd like to know what you thought about this year's luncheon. I have a survey from the hotel, so please let me know if there was anything that could be improved, or on the other hand, anything they did particularly well. Also, any ideas you have for next year would be welcome. Kathy Bacskay
